* During these two courses – one for the winter and one for the spring semester – the student undertakes a research project in collaboration with a graduate faculty member. The lecturer informs the postgraduate steering committee with a short proposal about the type of research to be carried out. At the end of each course the student is required to hand in the project and present the results of his/her research to the steering committee in order to be evaluated and graded.
