Image convolution and processing, Morphological filters, Geometric transformations, Color theory and color spaces, Color image processing, Color image analysis, Texture and shape analysis, Image segmentation, Pattern recognition in images, Artificial neural networks, Deep architectures of artificial neural networks, Contemporary issues and applications of biomedical image processing and analysis.
