(Table 3 above) and fall within the following subject areas: <\/p>\n<p>Education and education issues (<a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=933\">Education and education issues (Open Distance Education and Adult Education<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=842\">Methodology of Educational Research<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=850\">Methods of Evaluation of the Educational Project<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=2401\">Economics of Education<\/a> and Lifelong Learning.<\/p>\n<p>Issues of Learning and Teaching (<a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=863\">Theories of Learning and Educational Practice<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=892\">Special Topics in Neuropsychology and Applications in the Educational Process<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=762\">Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Children and Adolescents with Learning Difficulties<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=908\">Human-Computer Interaction and Empowered Learning Environments<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Special Didactics (<a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=902\">Special Didactics (<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=4691\">Multimedia Applications and Transmedia in Education<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=874\">Educational Software Development Applications and Tools<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=928\">Principles of Educational Software Design<\/a>, Applications of Informatics in Environmental Education).<\/p>\n<p>Courses in Infrastructure and Basic Concepts of Informatics and ICT (<a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=837\">Research Methodology<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=868\">Computer Programming Topics<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=787\">Statistical Methods<\/a>, Information Technologies-Network Infrastructures and Internet Applications, <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=757\">Digital Security and Privacy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The MSc students of the direction &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=1894\">Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Education<\/a>&#8221; will be mandatory, in addition to other obligations: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>have taken at least one course from each of the first three (3) categories, i.e. at least one course from the category &#8220;Education and Educational Issues&#8221;, one course from the category &#8220;Learning and Teaching Issues&#8221; and one course from the category &#8220;Special Teaching&#8221;, and <\/li>\n<li>b) have successfully completed their obligations for the <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=9480&#038;lang=en\">Teaching Practice<\/a> course. The <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=9480&#038;lang=en\">practical teaching exercises<\/a> are carried out according to the attached &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=9497&#038;lang=en\">Exercise Regulations for the course  Teaching Practice Placement in Primary and Secondary Education<\/a>&#8221; which forms an integral part of this document. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Graduate students who are graduates of Pedagogical Departments or already hold a Certificate of Pedagogical Competence, are exempted from the obligation to attend the course of the <a href=\"http:\/\/icb.sci.uth.gr\/?page_id=9480&#038;lang=en\"> Teaching Practice placement<\/a> and will have to choose another course from the
